Community Outreach


The purpose of The Outreach Ministry is to reach those who are outside the walls of our Church by giving them a message of hope and the love of Jesus Christ.  We minister to everyone we meet but especially to those who are in transition and in shelter situations.


One of the ministry’s main goal is support for domestic violence victims through “HANDBAGS OF HOPE” and below is our year at a glance:

Donated Handbags to Harbor Interfaith, House of Hope, Rainbow Services
and S.H.A.W.L. House. These shelters house children – donated the handbags so the children could give a gift to their Mom’s for Mother’s Day. Each handbag included a blank Mother’s Day Card for child to personalize.
